Applying the strokes and lines in my artwork, feels like composing music
Bio
Arthur Grunmann was born 1938 in Saint Louis Missouri. The oldest of three, all were artist very early on. He started his professional career in his sophomore year in college. Professor Leslie Lasky was heavily involved in Grunmann development to becoming a professional artist. In 1966 he was a Professor of Saint Louis Community College at Meramec. Grunmann son (Joshua) was born in 1969 by his ex-wife (Minnette) while teaching at Meramec. During the last years as a professor, he met Paula as a student. Grunmann retired fell in love and married Paula in 2010. Now has a studio in his home, which he continually teaches and mentors those who want to start an art career themselves.

Six decades of paintings with tactical energy of mixing dry and wet medias, creates a fulfilling contrasting transparency that defines the space and form. Ending this process, the visual artwork comes alive creating an emotional fulfilling experience that satisfies the inner soul.
